Google does NOT visit your place of business and perform tours as this is only performed by Google Trusted Photographers or Agencie. All are 3rd party vendors and are allowed the exact same access to stitch together 360 videos to create tours (Only available from a Google Trusted Photographer/Agency.)
If you have been contacted by someone that even insinuated they "worked" or "were with" Google then they are misrepresenting themselves and are violating a strict policy of Google. We recommend you send an email to google identifying the company identifying the company that attempted to pass themselves off as a part of Google.
